Work with the Installation teams, managing the workflow towards better results, both for the company and for clients, with a view to optimizing efficiency, maintain and develop new process flows and standard operating procedures consistent with high performance and profitability. Help organize projects for execution, organize the tech teams, monitor the progress of projects, direct Lead Technicians on various sites, all with the goal of optimizing efficiency while delivering La Scala-level results. Be involved in weekly Production Meetings focusing on project challenges and progress against plans/sold hours/deadlines/resources. Review and sign off projects and change orders with a view to profitability or loss minimization. Oversee production from the standpoint of providing clear direction, goals and feedback to technicians. Ensure processes are followed by Sales and Design so that your team can perform as required. Collaborate with clients, GCs, designers, architects, and other trades where necessary. Ensure design standards, process, and accountabilities are optimized and communicated regularly to ensure effective technical project delivery. CAD Design “Smart Homes” (Vancouver)
Work with Sales to create a system plan that reflects the scope-of-work for a project and liaise with Technical Team Management to relay timelines and requirements for project fulfillment. Along with others, assess budget for accuracy. Make changes as the project flows based on Change Orders. Interface with Project managers with respect to any anomalies that might occur along the way. Once project is complete, measure the actual versus the design documents.

Working with Project Managers and CAD designers, the successful applicant will prospect for clients, meet, and discuss client needs, produce Proposals for clients using industry software (dtools. Basic designs will then move to the full design and engineering stage, and finally on to production. Clients will also commonly be referred to the salesperson by the Company.
The successful applicant will receive support from the company while adding to his or her customer base.
The salesperson will receive a minimum advance on commission in the amount of six thousand dollars ($6,000.00) per month, plus car allowance, mobile phone, office space, and other tools. It is fully expected that the successful applicant will make between $100 – $200,000 in commissions annually.
